Events & Activities

Our seasonal activities are organized between late October and April for all residents (owners, renters, and guests). Kindly refer to the bulletin board in the clubhouse for a complete list of events and sign-up forms.

Golf: This is open to all residents (owners, renters, and guests). It is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 holes at Sunland Springs East. The weekly sign-up sheets are posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.

Women’s Luncheon: This event happens once a month. Check the information and sign-up sheet posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.

Social Hours: On Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm, bring your preferred beverage to the clubhouse and have fun mingling with neighbors and new acquaintances. On the 3rd Wednesday, there are appetizers shared.  Also, at 4:00 pm, on sunny days you’ll often find folks gathered at Pool #1 for a little “happy” time. Join when you can ! 

Coffee Morning: This activity is held every Saturday in the clubhouse at 9:00 a.m. Bring your own cup and a $1.50 donation for donuts.

Hosts and Hostesses: We need hosts and hostesses to sign up for Saturday morning coffee. Please see the sign-up sheet in the clubhouse.

Potlucks & Dinners: These are generally held monthly with announcements and sign-up sheets posted on the clubhouse bulletin boards.

Card & Game Night: This social activity is held every Tuesday at 7 pm. You do not need to sign up. Simply show up for a night of card games or bingo.

Book Club: Please refer to the clubhouse bulletin board for a list of books and meeting dates and locations.

Outdoor Yard Games: Games are held on Monday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. with weekly sign-up sheets posted on the clubhouse bulletin board. (Note: we need 10 participants or more, by Mon. am, for the game to be set up each week.) Join us – it’s FuN!
